The ABCs of Returning “HOME”:

Practical Exercises in Internalization and Bioenergetics

About this Masterclass

This session will be a one-hour session designed to enrich your professional practice and provide you with profound tools for self-regulation and inner reconnection. In this session, we will explore the therapeutic dimension of vibration, sound and breath through three fundamental pillars:

The Physics of Sound Therapy and Bioenergetic Harmonisation: Understanding harmonic overtones, light frequencies and their correlation with the musical scale (C to B) and the chakra system.

Adapted Pranayama (Anuloma-Viloma): An alternate nostril breathing technique to balance the cerebral hemispheres, promote homeostasis and calm the nervous system.

Deep Meditation and Somatic Acupressure: Stimulation of the Lao Gong point (Palace of Labour) to reduce anxiety and cultivate an internal anchor in the present moment.

The entire experience will be accompanied by a neuroacoustic soundscape (frequencies at 432 Hz / 528 Hz and Theta tones), designed to relax the vagus nerve and promote the production of melatonin.
