About the practitioner
I credit Resonance Repatterning for giving me the healing and freedom to become the person, leader, wife, step-mother, volleyball coach, and human I have always wanted to be. I am a Certified Repatterning Practitioner and Reiki Master. The opportunity to help provide a path to clarity of purpose and connection with one's soul lights me up! I believe in RR so fervently that I use it frequently with my own family and friends. Having experienced its results, I just can't wait to share it with the world. Though I'm happy to share with all, I am most keenly eager to work with athletes, with couples, with those who want to achieve at a higher level, with those who have experienced hurt, with those who are feeling lonely or a bit lost/aimless, with those seeking personal growth, and most certainly, with animals. Here's a little bit of my story: I grew up on Beals Island, Maine, USA--a gorgeous island where hard work, community-mindedness, and a passionate love of the ocean resonates strongly in the collective energy of the coastal community. Education, volleyball, and following in my sisters' footsteps lead me to two degrees at the University of Maine in Education and Spanish. After studying in Southern Spain, embracing the life-changing culture and people in French Polynesia, and embarking on a summer cultural exchange program in Lima, Peru, --I began my career dedicated to educating young people and supporting their growth into their full purpose and potential. First, as a middle school Spanish teacher and athletic coach, I found I could share my love of sport and the benefits of belonging to a team. My coaching and team building is heart-centered and unique. Three years later, I was moved to serve as a full-time Children and Youth Ministry coordinator for the Community of Christ. This work in a world church informed my thinking about the value of unity in diversity and the essentiality of multiple perspectives in community. I completed my Master's Degree at Bangor Theological Seminary with a concentration in pastoral care. My plans to pursue military chaplaincy changed when the opportunity to coach collegiate volleyball and have a platform to empower young women presented itself at Maine Maritime Academy. I have been serving the young men and women at MMA since 2013 as Associate Director of Athletics and Head Women's Volleyball Coach. When offered the job, I was asked to "change the culture for women", an opportunity to which I have given my heart and soul. In 2018, I knew the time was right to pursue my training in Resonance Repatterning after having received sessions since 2001. I credit resonance repatterning for freeing me from the bonds of self-consciousness and fear and giving me the courage to become the person I have always wanted to be. I am a step-mother of four wonderfully unique young people and live with her family including her brilliant husband, Mark, and black lab, Jaxie.
