ACHIEVING A FLOW STATE

ABOUT THIS GROUP SESSION

In a flow state, you feel as if you could keep doing whatever you’re doing forever, you lose track of time, you are completely focused on what you are doing, and you are productive and enjoy yourself. This state leads to higher productivity, improved emotional regulation and higher satisfaction.

In this session, we will work the patterns that stop us from having easy access to a flow state and bring in coherence that will support us in being able to easily slip into this state when needed.

ABOUT SOPHIA AVRAMIDES

Sophia is a Certified Practitioner in Resonance Repatterning®, Magui Block®, and Scalar Heart Connection®, as well as Instructor of RR and SHC. She has a background in science and training as a Montessori teacher, has a bicultural background, has lived in four countries and speaks three languages fluently.

She has first hand experience of the transformation these wonderful energy tools can bring to oneself and one’s life and is inspired to bring this gift to others.
