Whether for business or pleasure, we are all faced with moments when we have to learn a new skill. Sometimes the task can feel daunting or overwhelming, while on other occasions it can be boring or frustrating.

In this session, we work on our resonance to transform learning into an easy and joyful task. So whether you wish to learn a new language, play a musical instrument, sing, dance, use a new technology or app, come along and let's take the first step in transforming the challenge into a fun, enjoyable experience!

ABOUT SOPHIA AVRAMIDES

Sophia is a Certified Practitioner in Resonance Repatterning®, Magui Block®, and Scalar Heart Connection®, as well as Instructor of RR and SHC. She has a background in science and training as a Montessori teacher, has a bicultural background, has lived in four countries and speaks three languages fluently.

She has first hand experience of the transformation these wonderful energy tools can bring to oneself and one’s life and is inspired to bring this gift to others.
