The Hero Repatterning:

Overcoming Resistance to Positive Change

ABOUT THIS GROUP SESSION

The Hero’s Journey is our story, each of us a hero or heroine, living an ordinary life in an ordinary world, and yet being pressed by life to wake up and start an adventure toward our destiny. We must find a new source of nourishment. After facing great tribulation and finally overcoming, heroes return to the ordinary world, but now personally transformed. We can bring back the lessons learned for others.  This group repatterning is to support us wherever we are on the stages of this journey using this repatterning from Chloe's book Living in Tune with our Life.

• We will name what action feels impossible for us to make (whether personally or professionally as a repatterning practitioner or as entrepreneurs)
• We transform our resonance with non-coherent aspects of the journey
• Of the many hero's journeys we make in a lifetime, we will focus on establishing the coherent responses of the breast-heart journey that most babies did not get to make after a peaceful birth where they signal readiness after resting once emerged, and push their feet to nudge their way to mom's breast. Here, they connect through all five senses, forming the basis for all future relationship bonds and what we contribute to life. 
• We identify what needs to be transformed from the innocent child, helper, warrior, wanderer or wise one archetypes.
• What to bring to the session: water, let's have fun with a piece of chocolate or protein snack to start the session, have an essential oil, and a cup of milk or non-dairy of your choice to finish the session. 

ABOUT ROSITA ÁLVAREZ

Rosita became a Resonance Repatterning® practitioner in 2001. She enjoys being a part of removing the "OW" out of life and relationships and bringing back the awe and wonder as a compassionate healer. 

Born in the United States just in time to hear the Beatles release "All you need is Love", she now resides in Austin, Texas. Rosita obtained a bachelor’s in Fine Arts /Studio Art focusing on painting and sculpture.

Her work experience ranged from performance art, visual art/graphic design, business development, and massage therapy to transformational coaching. Traveling through sudden widowhood with four small children in 2003 has been a journey that calls her to be grateful for each moment and to be creative with determination and cheerful readiness.

In addition to private practice, she currently works on a team with a functional doctor at Modern Holistic Health as part of year-long programs where clients receive repatternings one-on-one or in groups as large as 300 currently. Here she co-created the Mind- Body-Energy program.

Rosita has been exploring in the last 70+ group sessions she has led how to translate RR sessions into large group healings for over four years now. She also presented RR at the Healing with Vibration Summit, MHH Mastering Trauma Masterclass, the Healing Family Trauma Summit and the recent Consciously Directing Your Energy summit. She intends to keep Resonance Repatterning expanding in the public view and become a RR teacher someday.
