Acerca de esta Coaching Call

Vivimos una época (post pandemia) en la que se ha normalizado la separación y el miedo al otro, al vínculo; en una sociedad donde la energía de la mujer ha tenido que destacar desde su polaridad masculina para salir adelante dejando de lado su esencia o polaridad femenina, llegando en ocasiones a nulificar al propio masculino; mientras que al masculino se le ha estigmatizado por conectar con su polaridad femenina y no se le ha permitido expresar su vulnerabilidad. 

Ambas energías contrapuestas históricamente por la sociedad cohabitan en cada uno(a) de nosotros(as), y el reconocimiento de ambas, así como su integración, son fundamentales para el encuentro con el otro, y con nuestros consultantes. 

En esta sesión reconoceremos qué tanto estamos conectados(as) a cada una de ellas, y cómo podemos utilizarlas en beneficio de nuestro desarrollo personal y de nuestra propia práctica profesional.  

About this Coaching Call

We live in an era (post pandemic) in which separation and fear of the other, of the link has been normalized; in a society where the energy of the woman has had to stand out from her masculine polarity to get ahead leaving aside her essence or feminine polarity, sometimes nullifying the masculine itself; while the masculine has been stigmatized for connecting with his feminine polarity and has not been allowed to express his vulnerability. 

Both energies historically opposed by society cohabit in each one of us, and the recognition of both, as well as their integration, are fundamental for the encounter with the other, and with our consultants. 

In this session we will recognize how much we are connected to each of them, and how we can use them for the benefit of our personal development and our own professional practice.

Acerca de Atenea Domínguez

Atenea Domínguez Cuevas es antropóloga de formación, maestra y facilitadora de RR con más de 10 años de experiencia; orientadora en vinculación, terapia de abrazo, y constelaciones familiares, entre otros sistemas de sanación. Guía de Carpa Roja y círculo de mujeres; y cofacilitadora del entrenamiento autoformativo para orientadores en terapia de vinculación en México. Ha impartido talleres en diversas partes de México, Japón y Estados Unidos.

About Atenea Domínguez

Atenea Domínguez Cuevas is an anthropologist by training, teacher and facilitator of RR with more than 10 years of experience; counselor in bonding, hug therapy, and family constellations, among other healing systems. Guide of Carpa Roja and women's circle; and co-facilitator of the self-facilitator training for counselors in bonding therapy in Mexico. She has given workshops in different parts of Mexico, Japan and the USA.

"Throughout my life I have been interested in learning about different cultures, philosophies and arts of self-discovery and healing, which led me to co-found Antakarana, Light in Consciousness, a space dedicated to the reunion with oneself and personal transformation in Mexico City.
